Louisiana Medical Center Enlists Kemtah for PC Project

Kemtah has contracted with a leading community-owned medical center to provide Preventive Maintenance on their entire PC and thin-client inventory of ~2,000 desktops and devices currently in the field. Under the terms of the arrangement, Kemtah will implement preventive maintenance processes with special sensitivity to the patient care environment. In addition, Kemtah will provide inventory and asset management surveys.

Kemtah will field a temporary team familiar with a hospital environment to provide preventive maintenance while minimizing business and care disruption, adhering to consistent processes in the delivery of these services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
