Ron Ford Joins the Kemtah Solutions Team

The Kemtah Group, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of Ron Ford, Senior Process Consultant, as the newest member of our solutions development team. Mr. Ford’s background provides a wealth of Subject Matter Expertise in optimizing and re-engineering help desk and deskside services to reduce costs while improving service. His hands-on experience will help Kemtah’s current and future clients achieve efficient IT services.

Mr. Ford has worked in both the financial and healthcare industries, providing strategic direction, process-oriented solutions, and focused management. Ron’s experience complements Kemtah’s service desk expertise by providing additional subject matter expertise, allowing the delivery of metrics-driven results for service level improvements, and defining service strategies to establish business-aligned IT processes. He is an innovative technologist, with extensive ITIL framework experience as related to incident management, problem management, and change management.
