Kemtah Announces Leadership Change

The Kemtah Group today announced that Stephen V. Wade has joined the executive management team as President effective today.  Keith Harris will continue on as Chairman of the Board and CEO of the company. Mr. Wade will report to Mr. Harris with responsibility for day-to-day operation of the business as well as responsibility for its strategic direction and vision.

Mr. Wade brings over 25 years of successful executive leadership and hands-on management experience in sales, operations, administration, cost containment and strategic planning in a number of diverse industries. Mr. Wade joins Kemtah from Tier Technologies, Inc. where he was Executive Vice President responsible for the development and management of the company’s strategic direction for new businesses and overseeing the internal operations of the company.  Prior to this role, he was the Senior VP for Tier's business process outsourcing services including child support payment processing, call center operations, financial institution data match services, prepaid debit support, and health and human services consulting.

Prior to joining Tier, Mr. Wade spent 20 years with TRW where he established new markets for TRW in areas such as e-commerce and e-training.
